Acai Bowl Recipe

Last weekend I made Acai Bowls for the first time! I came across an abundance of recipe’s online. All asking for different measurements and I was unsure what serving size it would yield etc. So I’m sharing with you the recipe that worked for me! This recipe yielded two bowls perfectly.

I would get the unsweetened Sambazon Acai packets, as the fruits are enough added sugar. Make sure the fruits being used for the mix have been cut into pieces and frozen for a few hours. It’s what makes it creamy.

🔹2 Unsweetened Acai Packets
🔹1 Ripe Banana
🔹1/2 cup of Blueberries
🔹3/4 cup of Strawberries
🔹1/2 cup of Apple Juice or Plain Yogurt (I used apple juice)

Blend all that together 🌀Pour it in your favorite bowl

Add your Toppings:
🔸Sliced Banana
🔸Sliced Strawberries
🔸Blueberries
🔸Granola
🔸Coconut Flakes
🔸Drizzled Honey

Some other toppings I like are chia seeds, cacao nibs, goji berries, or bee pollen. You can get as creative as you’d like 😉
